Astrology is not just about predictions and foretelling. I see it as a chart that shows your path in life.. It showed me my weaknesses and strengths, most of which I already knew.. but even things that I've never tried or thought of or knew about myself. It was quite revelational. It re-introduced myself to me. It showed the paths that I should take and those that I should leave behind.. And some that I should never step on. The chart is a guiding map  in this maze of life. It gives  you a clairvoyance about your  life. . and just that. No magic. So next time if you seek astrology, do not ask  " When will i get married? ",  " How many children will I have? " or  " Will I go abroad? ".  Astrologers do predict these things but I'm not sure of it's credibility.. No  astrology can give you grains when you're determined not to plough. Over the past few days i've been doing some research on astrology.. On planetary positions and how it influences our lives.. Out of curiosity, ofcourse. My findings astonish me. The accuracy with which they predict certain aspects of our nature and life is revelational. I see this from two points of view.. One, is my own theory of how this works.. I like to view Astrology as a map of time, nothing more. We've all learnt in school that entropy (randomness) exists all around us, in everything , right from the atoms in a molecule to the celestial bodies in space.. but i believe that entropy, however random, has a pattern to it in the long run.. which means, everything has a predictable sequence of outcomes in the long run. We could refer to the " Chaos theory ", which is about finding the order in the disorder. .
